Returns Policy

All purchases of products will be made from reputable retail outlets which will have their own returns policies. Due to the fact that such policies may vary, we will notify you of the returns policy for the outlet from which we have purchased your products at the time of sending you the Purchase Confirmation.

RETURNS AUTHORISATION NUMBER

If you wish to return any product(s), you must inform us in writing at returns@delicieuxshopper.com and receive a returns authorisation number from us so that we are aware of your return.

You must return the products to us unopened and in the same condition in which you received them, we would advise you to register post the item(s). We would kindly ask you to return the item(s) asap, so we can return them to the store within their agreed returns period. Please see our terms & conditions for more information.
