Q: Can I make changes to my Order?

A: Of course, if you forget to input some vital info, then just contact us at Info@delicieuxshopper.com

 

Q: What if you’re unable to source what I want?

A: If we are unable to source that item for you, we will try and source an alternative and await your decision.

 

Q: What way is my gift wrapped?

A: Your gift will be packaged in our luxurious wrapping paper, together with our distinctive Delicieux ribbon, securely placed in tissue paper and finally placed in our exclusive shopping bag.

 

Q: I am a corporate client, can I be invoiced?

A: If you are a corporate client we would ask you to pay your first order in advance following on from that we will set up a 30 day credit account for you. Just contact us at info@delicieuxshopper.com

 

Q: I have seen a gift you bought my friend can I order the same?

A: If the item(s) are in stock we will buy this for you, all you have to do is go to “Buy This” and enter as much detail as possible.

 

Q: I need to order a gift urgently and unable to reach a store, can you help?

A: Of course, however we do have a minimum 3-5 day turnaround on gifts, but will do our best to accommodate each urgent order.
